The Study On The Innovation Ability Of Knowledge Intensive Business Service Of Hunan Province

Along with the coming of"service economy"era, an important part of the services sector--knowledge-intensive services,which are characterized by high knowledge, high professionalism and high-tech,have become increasingly important in the development of regional economic. In recent years, some developed cities in China have realized the importance of Knowledge-intensive business service, which have been treated as a strategic priority in the practice of economic development. Hunan Province is located in the interior part of China. The development of the service industry started late and the development of the knowledge-intensive business service started even later. Thus greatly strengthening the innovative capacity-building of the knowledge-intensive business service sector is imperative.This paper focuses on the innovation ability of Knowledge-intensive business service. After introducing service innovation theories at home and abroad, the paper analyzed the content, characteristics, classification and innovative features, innovation model, innovation ability of the knowledge-intensive business services, summarized the status of the innovation ability of knowledge-intensive business service of Hunan Province, build up a index system to value the innovation ability of knowledge-intensive business service, and used factor analysis method to compare the KIBS innovation ability of China's 15 provinces on the eastern and central, on which basis ,the paper analyzed and discussed the gap between Hunan province and other developed provinces. Then put forward suggestions in the following four aspects to promote innovation capacity building of Knowledge-intensive business service in Hunan province: Optimize the innovation environment of KIBS; increase the resource input of KIBS; strengthen the cultivation and introduction of talent of KIBS; build up a reasonable evaluation system of KIBS.
