Theory And Application Of Traditional Enterprises And Docking Strategic Emerging Industries Matched

Our country has a large quantity of traditional enterprises. The traditional enterprises count the total number of enterprises accounted for2/3,and create a domestic production value of87%and the national finance revenue of70%.But as a result of a variety of reasons,parts of traditional industry technology is backward,high resource consumption, and lack of sustainable development power.Therefore,how to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in China is one of the key problems we facing for the current.In order to adapt to the new trend of global industrial structure adjustment deeply and grasp the accelerating breeded strategy opportunities of the era of financial crisis in the new technological revolution,we established the important strategic deployment about cultivating and developing the emerging strategic industries formally. This also open "the window of opportunities" for the traditional industries. The traditional enterprices only actively comply with the national industrial policy and butt joint the emerging strategic industries effectively,will it be possible to get the new growth elements and the realization of sustainable development.By use of the combining of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the linear weighted comprehensive evaluation, this paper constructs the theory and model of traditional enterprises docking with the emerging strategic industries from "the development foreground dimension " and "docking capacity dimension".The main studies are as follows:First, disscuss the effects of the docking decision factors from internal and external aspects; second is to put forward the motive mechanization about traditional enterprices docking with the emerging strategic industries; third is putting forward "Two patterns and Four routes"about traditional enterprices docking with the emerging strategic industries creatively based on the different types of traditional enterprices’capability; Fourth, model application to verify the correctness and practical of the above theoretical model. This paper provided a practical and specific method for upgrading and transformation the traditional enterprices so that realizing the abutment of traditional enterprices and the emerging strategic industries successfully.
