Resesrch On The Synergetic Development Of Strategic Emerging Industries And Traditional Advantageous Industries In Guangxi

Since the11th five-year plan, to cultivate and develop the strategic emerging industries has always been the focus of strategic plan of the economic development in Guangxi. The current district is energetically speeding up the development of strategic emerging industries. But the emerging industries are never a castle in the air; they must start with the traditional advantageous industries as the foundation. And the development of the traditional advantageous industries, also need the radiation and drive of the strategic emerging industries to achieve the industrial transformation and upgrading and also the sustainable development. As a result, to cultivate strategic emerging industries, at the same time, can’t ignore the development of the traditional advantageous industries. There is only one way to achieve the adjustment of industrial structure, and the transformation of economic development patterns. The answer is the strategic emerging industries should be synergetic developed with the traditional advantageous industries. This is the realistic problem urgently to be solved in the current economic development in Guangxi. This paper is based on the physical theory of synergetics as the core, and combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. In order to make the theory and empirical research, about the synergetic development of strategic emerging industries and traditional advantageous industries in Guangxi, and to put forward some relevant policy suggestions.The first of all, by collecting a large number of literature at home and abroad, this paper systematically summarized the necessity of synergetic development of the strategic emerging industries and the traditional advantageous industries. Then, this paper analyzed the connotation and characteristics of the strategic emerging industries and the traditional advantageous industries in Guangxi. What’s more, this paper also studied the mechanism in the synergetic development of the strategic emerging industries and the traditional advantageous industries from three levels. It includes the connotation of the synergetic system, the synergy between the two industrial " sub-systems, and the self-organizing process of the whole industrial system. All of these are the theoretical basis of the analysis in this paper about the synergetic development of strategic emerging industries and traditional advantageous industries in Guangxi.Second of all, this paper collected a large amount of information and data, and made systematic analysis with the current situation of the strategic emerging industries and traditional advantageous industries in Guangxi. The analysis above is from three aspects, they are the industry distribution, the regional distribution, and the technical reform and development. At the same time, this paper used the method of measuring synergy degree in synergetics, and building the measuring model to count the synergetic degree of strategic emerging industries and traditional advantageous industries in Guangxi. Then measure the orderly level of the two sub-systems, and the synergetic degree between them. These results are all provide empirical support for the research of this paper.At the last, according the results of the empirical analysis above, this paper made some relevant policy suggestions from six aspects. They are scientifically formulate development planning, strengthen support and accelerate the platform construction, strengthening enterprise cooperation, strengthen the support and perfect the security system. These relevant policy suggestions have provided some useful reference about promoting the synergetic development of strategic emerging industries and traditional advantageous industries in Guangxi.
