With the development of economic globalization, the enterprise’competition is increasingly fierce. Nowadays, human resource management as the center of the enterprise management is very necessary. And in human resources management of the fireworks industry, reasonable competitive payment appears very important.As FO Fireworks Company is overseas listing, the original salary level can’t reflect the actual needs; the original salary system of salary cannot have incentive effect. At the same time, the pay system and enterprise strategic decoupling, causing serious problem. We can know that FO fireworks company’s current salary system is restricting the development of its own development. Therefore, it is necessary for the company to establish its fairness, scientific and reasonable salary system, and give full play to the staffs work enthusiasm and realize the salary incentive effect. Finally, form the competitive advantage of enterprises, promote the enterprise overall strategic target realization.In this paper firstly analyses the fireworks company and fireworks industry background, then introduce on the basis of the compensation system of FO fireworks. First of all, from the overall compensation system, we should be determined with enterprise general strategic combination of goals, then process the compensation optimization design in detail, make the compensation system to carry on the detailed analysis of the steps. At the same time, further detailed should be set up, design the performance wage system optimization and FO fireworks company welfare optimum construction. Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of the compensation system, strengthen the perfect the related system.This paper is to optimize the standpoint of FO fireworks company’s compensation system, turn the original basic wages and benefits pay wages form into post salary plus performance wage combination of form, improve employee satisfaction, promote FO fireworks company salary system optimization design.
