After most start-ups have passed their survival period,with the expansion of business and personnel scale,the original organization mode of most start-ups gradually approaches to the maximum load,resulting in the reduction of organization efficiency,endangering the competitive advantage of the enterprise market,and encountering organizational inflection point and talent inflection point.At this time,the enterprise must change the organizational mode,reposition the role of employees and rebuild working relationship,so that enterprises can release the potential of employees,liberate organizational productivity,and achieve the long-term goal of enterprise development.CS group is one case like this.In the current organizational and talent dilemma,it is the key to the common development of enterprises and employees to redesign the positions of enterprises,improve the foundation of internal management system,clarify the career development channels of employees,stimulate the potential of talents,and realize the self-worth of employees.This paper takes CS group as the research object,analyzes the current situation and problems of CS group and puts forward the idea of position redesign through practical interview and investigation.Then use the international position evaluation(IPE)method to evaluate the internal positions of CS group,on this basis,set up the general position sequence of the group,combined with the dual factors of position value and position competency,build the position rank system at the group level.Then,according to the characteristics of the plate,make detailed comparison,and break through the barrier of position rank setting differences between the plates.After that,the position rank system is mainly applied to the design of staff career development,and the grading evaluation of staff is completed in comparison.Finally,the position redesign at the group level and the application of employee career development are realized.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,CS group can promote the career development and management of employees on the basis of post redesign,so as to further promote the management level.At the same time,it also hopes to provide reference for the domestic private enterprises in the same development stage,and to provide operational ideas and practical strategies for enterprises to break through the difficulties of organizations and talents.
