The Research On The Trinity Operation Mode Of Kailuan International Logistics Corporation

The modern logistics industry is the new economic growth point of the society in the21st century as "the third profit source" to reduce the cost of the enterprise. Some largegroups in our country have gradually noticed the significance of the modern logisticshaving on the economy, following the diversification development, taking the leadingindustry as the base, and regarding the development of modern logistics industry as animportant method for transformation development of the whole enterprise.Taking Kailuan international logistics company-the professional logistics companyestablished to strip logistics business by Kailuan Group for example, the thesis studies theexisting operation mode which is called "Trinity", finding out the problems existing in thelogistics company’s business and analyzing the root cause deeply so as to approximatelysummarize some potentially common problems and solutions in the process of strippinglogistics business of large groups.Firstly, the thesis discusses the research background, purpose, significance, thechosen research method, technical route and other basic problems of the topic, illustratingthe reason for effectively mode analyzing and evaluating on the logistics company.Secondly, this paper expounds an overview of theoretical and empirical research of domestic andforeign logistics, combining the two together organically in order to summarize a researchsystem of modern logistics.Thirdly, the paper selects Kailuan international logisticscompany and its unique operation mode-"Trinity" as the object, making an efficiencyassessment of the company since its establishment by DEA method and analyzing thetransverse competitiveness of it compared with the other four selected large groups’logistics company by Principal Component Analysis method.Finally, the thesis finds outthe potential problems of the company through the above results and puts forward solvingsuggestions. At the same time, based on the principle of optimization of logistics operation,the paper constructs the new logistics model for Kailuan-"Four one, Four transformations",aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of "Trinity" model.
