A Study About Soft Power On The Competitiveness Of Port Logistics Enterprises

In the field of competitiveness research,the improvement of enterprise competitiveness has always been regarded as a hot topic.Especially in the management of listed port logistics enterprises,their hard power development has been relatively perfect,and managers are more and more committed to exploring other important factors affecting the development of enterprise competitiveness.With the introduction of the concept of flexible management,the impact of soft power on the competitiveness of port logistics enterprises is gradually prominent,even beyond the impact of hard power,become an important way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.At present,most studies choose to reveal the positive relationship between soft power and enterprise competitiveness from a qualitative perspective,but few studies prove the impact intensity of soft power elements on enterprise competitiveness based on empirical methods,and the intermediary mechanism between the two has not been analyzed.Based on this,this study takes listed port logistics enterprises as the research object,and tries to use empirical model to discuss the relationship and influence mechanism between soft power and port logistics enterprise competitiveness,in order to promote the development of enterprise competitiveness from the perspective of soft power.Firstly,this study combs the literature on the competitiveness,soft power,operation capacity of port logistics enterprises and the influence of soft power on enterprise competitiveness.In combing literature,on the basis of corporate soft power can be divided into innovation ability,management ability,decision-making ability of three dimensions,at the same time,according to the theory of flexible management,competence theory,resource-based theory,around the soft power of the three dimensions of port logistics enterprise competitiveness analysis and put forward research hypothesis,the influence of building theoretical model;Subsequently,this study collected panel data of 19 listed port logistics enterprises from 2015 to 2019.Based on the mediation effect model,statistical software SPSS17 and STATA16 were used to process and analyze the above data to verify the research hypothesis.Finally,based on the empirical results,the paper puts forward the development countermeasures to promote the competitiveness growth of port logistics enterprises.Through the above studies,this paper draws two conclusions: First,there is a positive correlation between innovation ability,management ability and decision-making ability and the competitiveness of port logistics enterprises,and the promotion intensity is as follows:Management ability > decision-making ability > innovation ability,each increase of 1 unit of management ability,decision-making ability or innovation ability can have a positive impact on the competitiveness of port logistics enterprises by 0.48,0.37 and 0.25 units respectively.Second,the enterprise operation ability has the intermediary effect,the innovation ability,the management ability,the decision ability can respectively through the positive influence operation ability,then drives the port logistics enterprise competitiveness growth.This study innovates in the construction of indicator system and influence mechanism,enriches the concept and indicator system of soft power and port logistics enterprise competitiveness,and explores the intermediary mechanism of operation capacity in the relationship between soft power and port logistics enterprise competitiveness.The conclusion can provide a theoretical basis for port logistics enterprises to improve their competitiveness.
