Real estate is a high-profile industry in China. not only relates to the national interests. but also the important source of national economy. Although the country has taken many policies and measures to intervene in the real estate market. but due to the increasing of urban population in our country. as well as foreign companies a lot. coupled with the improvement of people’s economic condition, makes the real estate industry constantly received no limit, instead of constantly rising. As a real estate companies, higher returns attracted numerous enterprises to join the real estate industry, the competition is increasingly fierce, so how to improve their company’s performance is the key in an impregnable position.This paper will be divided into six parts:the first part is the introduction, this paper expounds the status quo. research significance and the application of performance management of real estate, and the study of performance management at home and abroad is reviewed, by understanding the development of performance management can better make it applied to the real estate industry; The second part introduces the related concepts and theories of performance management, for the following analysis and related measures put forward basis; The third part is the DJ performance management present situation and analysis of real estate:The fourth part, according to the actuality of DJ performance management optimization design is proposed:to establish training performance management culture, strengthen the performance communication, clear responsibilities at all levels, establish and improve the performance management process performance monitoring system, formulate feasible performance planning scheme, building performance results processing and closely linked to the human resources module, the optimized plan for the performance feedback and performance evaluation of the optimization of the scheme:The fifth part, optimized scheme to the smooth implementation of the relevant guarantee measures are put forward:enterprise senior management support, to form a dedicated team of performance appraisal, form open, fair and transparent evaluation incentive mechanism and forming performance culture; The sixth was divided into conclusion, compared the performance of the optimization of management system and achieved.
