In recent years, with the popularity of the concept of performance management,more and more enterprises realize that the performance management can help torealize the strategic goal of the enterprise, improve the performance of enterprise.Many enterprises began to invest money for the construction of performancemanagement system. The result is the majority of enterprises still don’t understandthe performance management very well, which causes the implementation can’tachieve the expected results. Many enterprise managers confuse the performance ofperformance management confusion, exploring how to design performancemanagement system which is scientific and reasonable, can reflect the real practiceof enterprises, and promote the improvement of enterprise performance.The study object is G property insurance company. The company’s businessscope mainly includes: property insurance, liability insurance, credit insurance andguarantee insurance business. In various management aspects, the company followedthe style of the old state-owned enterprises. Since its establishment, it has been focusmore on business growth, and neglect employee performance management. But withthe continuous growth of the company’s business, more and more employees, thepost has been refined, the original evaluation methods which following the oldstate-owned enterprises performance can’t adapt to the company’s currentdevelopment situation. According to the analysis of G insurance company, Authorexplores the method to improve the performance management system of G propertyinsurance company, and the optimization design of G insurance companyperformance management system.
