With increasing competition, talent competition is more prominent. Therefore, all business owners should go to focus on managing staff. However, performance management is very important in the corporate human resource management. Therefore, the establishment of scientific performance appraisal system becomes very critical. The purpose of performance appraisal is to enhance staff motivation. Meanwhile, the ultimate goal of performance appraisal is to benefit both organizations and employees.This paper is to study the sales department of Dalian L Real Estate Group. This paper explores the performance appraisal system in depth, balanced scorecard, key performance indicators and other theories in depth. On this basis, the author analyzes the company’s sales department performance evaluation status. Then, the author through questionnaires, interviews to analyze sales department performance evaluation issues. Then, the author uses the balanced score card theory and key performance indicators approach to design a scientific, rational and efficient performance appraisal. Ultimately, I hope this paper can help enterprises to establish a more competitive incentive system and the promotion of enterprise development.
