Therefore, how to assess the water enterprise performance has become the need to study and solve problems.Hangzhou Water Service Company is at the end of2011, the original water supply and drainage company made up of. In order to strengthen the company’s competitive strength, while the Company re integration of the formation of the occasion, strengthen the foundation management, incentive and increase employee learning and innovation ability, and to design and optimize the performance appraisal system is one of the main problems to be addressed.Based on the summary of the theory of performance management, tries to use the theory and method of performance management, combined with the actual Hangzhou Water Service Company, the implementation process analysis and optimization of performance of Water Service Company management discourse in Hangzhou.
