Interview Survey Method Design For Supply Chain Exception Event Management Behavior

Nowadays, the environment of enterprises is becoming complex and changing, supply chain continuity and profitability has become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Only to ensure continuous operation of the supply chain and the whole supply chain collaboration can be profitable to all the normal business operations, then enterprises can continue to complete their respective operations. Supply chain the higher the frequency of exceptional events, the impact is also more complex, It may make the original stable supply chain is no longer stable, breaks the original well-functioning supply chain, serious or even threaten the entire enterprise's survival and development. So exception event management capabilities directly determine the level of the overall management of the enterprise. This paper set a class interview survey method for the supply chain exception event management behavior to explore administrative personnel's behavior process and influencing factors. Then through empirical research the applicability of such methods, and pointed out that the improvement direction.First of all, this paper give the definition of supply chain exception events based on previous studies, summarizes the classification of exceptional events, impact mechanism, elements and the main characteristics. Analyze the supply chain management process and exceptional events in real-time monitoring, exception determination, exception handling, exception tracking the four stages of supply chain event management in the exception management personnel with the existence of deviant behavior.Second, this paper combined management features of exceptional events and methods of investigation and interviews, set up interviews with survey system. Include established the theme of the survey interview, object of survey, interview survey of prior preparation, selected interview method, designed survey questions, illustrated survey interview techniques. Established analysis model based on grounded theory and data features.Finally, the interview survey method was applied to empirical study. And through the results analytical model, the survey collected information helped to get the main factors that impacted management behaviors in the exceptions determining and handling process. This also helped to sum up the decision-making process of managers, On this basis, combined with the overall survey process, give survey report. Then according to the survey report, the relevant recommendations were put forward. Through empirical research, verify the applicability and rationality of interview survey system, then, improve the method.
