In recent years, with the continuous expansion of China’s construction enterprises overseas operations, more and more enterprises to go abroad contracting international construction projects. International engineering contracting has long been considered a risk business, with a number of risk factors, not only to the political and economic situation, legal requirements and other relevant policies and external relations, import and export, capital and labor aspects of the country where the project, and often encounter to different owners, different technical specifications, different geographical and climatic conditions. But the risks and benefits are often co-exist, there is a huge international engineering contracting market risks there are also profitable, and therefore how to avoid the risk of international project contracting has become the focus of attention of foreign engineering contracting business.In overseas engineering project management, risk management is particularly important, there is a risk of objectivity, the risk of fortuitous events, the consequences of risk has many uncertainties; in order to better manage risk, must from dynamic risk angle. Dynamic project environment determines the dynamics of project risk, for overseas international projects due to the uncertainty of risk factors, high level of risk, time-dependent, and other characteristics, risk management from a dynamic perspective is clearly more reasonable. Application of modern information technology, risk management platform can effectively enhance the capacity and efficiency of the risk of technical analysis, create the conditions for risk-based data acquisition and dynamically updated based.Based on the analysis of the international project risk management and risk warning on the combination of Cameroon Kribi Deepwater Port Project Phase case, a variety of risk factors in the international engineering contracting projects faced analyzed from risk identification, risk assessment, risk control measures put forward specific risk to start early warning; to establish a method of early warning systems and risk approach to international engineering contracting project risk management for China’s construction enterprises to participate in international project contracting risk management provides a reference.
