TY Drug Company is a private enterprise that researches, produces and sells medicines. TY Company was founded in1997, and experienced a rapid growth process. At the very beginning, there were less than10staffs and its capital was less than RMB100,000. Now, TY Company has more than500staffs and more than RMB10,000,000capital, and has its own advantages and brand. But these years, TY Company slowed down. The critical reason is that the management team don’t have professional human resource management ability so that there are some problems in its human resource planning, and can’t make full use of its current human resources. There is no expect effect after several times’adjustment.TY Drug Company grows rapidly these years, especially its cooperation with foreign companies, which expands its drug export. TY Company has grows from a little private company to a famous drug enterprise. Despite this, it is not easy to get new orders. Foreign customers require high level researches, production ability and quality, which is not TY Company’s advantage. TY Company needs high quality staffs to cover its shortage of human resources.There are many problems in TY Drug Company’s human resource management:aging staffs, low level professionalism, unjustified personnel structures and so on. With the company’s expend, the shortage of human resource emerges. The most direct problem is that the company is suffering shortage of labor force, which hinders the new projects and abolishes the current ones. The imbalance of demand and supply of labor forces became the bottleneck of TY’s growth.With the explosion of knowledge and information, the critical solution of survival and develop is to found a good human resource competition system, which need to redraw TY Company’s human resource planning.Based on the current human resource management system of TY Company, this article refers to human resource management theories, analyzes TY Company’s practical case, discover the defect of its human resource management system, sums up the practical solution and proposal, which not only resolves TY Company’s human resource management problems but also provides some reference to the similar companies which are in the similar developing process.
