Study On The Problem Of Social Security Of Landless Peasants In Chongqing Municipality

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, Chongqing, as a municipality directly under the central government, the western leading the development of the city, the land demand and land expropriation, requisition, increasing volume increasing, resulting in a large number of landless peasants, and their number increased year by year, and caused by land very prominent social contradictions, become the focus, focus social attention. As compensation, resettlement of landless peasants low path is not wide, re employment ability is poor, the lack of basic social security problem can not be solved, peasants’ collective petition, riot, killing and wounding the cadres have occurred from time to time, greatly influenced the relation between the cadres and the masses, damaged the image of the government and undermine social stability.
