In China, the retail market has become the highest degree, one of the most competitive in the industry. As at the forefront of retail supermarket format, ushered in new opportunities, while also facing unprecedented challenges. Opportunities and challenges, how to reduce the operating costs of the supermarket, how to ensure and continuously improve service quality, how to improve the performance of the supermarket, how to expand their competitive advantage, is currently China’s retail industry is facing a very pressing issue.In this paper, strategic management, marketing, competitiveness and other theories, mainly through systematic and objective analysis of the current regional supermarket YZ Zaozhuang external, internal, competitive environment, modern marketing methods used in supermarket YZ Zaozhuang actual operating area, the design competition strategy programs, make recommendations, and on this basis, re-build more instructive, practical, workable system of corporate strategy theory, providing workable and effective business strategies and tactics. Focuses on the local supermarket relevant principles of market segmentation, and the use of modern marketing principle, through literature analysis, tools, analysis, comparative analysis, the proposed regional supermarket YZ Zaozhuang total cost leadership strategy led by organizing systems, public relations, human resources, cultural construction Quartet face competition policy enforcement to provide effective protection, efforts to achieve diversity management, centralized strategic competitive strategy, so as to YZ Zaozhuang regional supermarket development has laid a good business foundation, providing a concrete and feasible competitive strategy based help local supermarket continuous development and expansion.In summary, this paper chain supermarket competition in the market for strategic research, help to improve the market competitiveness of the local chain adaptability; helps to strengthen local chain competitive advantage; contribute to the strength of the business chain; will help promote the development of chain extension, for the local supermarket chains play an important role to gain competitive advantage.
