Sichuan Natural Gas Consumption Demand And Countermeasures

Sichuan is rich in natural gas resources, At present, with the accelerating development of urbanization, industrialization, and gasification in Sichuan province, natural gas consumption demand market in the whole province is confronting great change. Studying on the analysis of natural gas consumption demand of Sichuan Province is important meaning to develop the natural gas industry and national economy.This paper first gives a general overview of present natural gas consume market and analyzes the main existing problems. The development of natural gas consume market is presented from such aspects as gas consumption, prices, polices. Based on this, the main existing problems are explored, such as the intensification of contradiction between supply and demand, the natural gas consumption structure is not reasonable and the prices deviate from market mechanism. Then, make a prediction of natural gas consumption demand of Sichuan Province with three methods; the pattern of consumption from the aspects of the prediction natural gas consumer and region. At last, countermeasures were put forward to promote the healthy development of natural gas consumption market in Sichuan Province from two aspects. From government level, these ways include such as strengthening the structure adjustment of natural gas consumption, developing natural gas chemical industry, integrating of terminal services enterprises, perfecting the laws and regulations of the natural gas industry and giving full play to the role of government regulation, promoting the reform of natural gas price. From the enterprise level, these ways include such as intensifying natural gas supply, improving the natural gas pipeline net work construction, ensuring consumption demands, strengthening technological progress and improving gas comprehensive utilization efficiency. All of these, has important reference significance to Sichuan natural gas industry development.
