Foreign employee management is a key subject in human resource management for overseas petroleum engineering companies, which plays an important role in the overall project management system.Through thorough research of ways to improve foreign employee management, this essay gives theoretical and practical guidance to enhance foreign employee’s satisfaction, reduce or avoid labor risk, reduce operating costs and increase economic benefits.Based on relevant human resource management theory and modern project management theory, and study of the existing domestic and overseas achievements of foreign employee management, by probing into the problems in current foreign employee management system of ZY Kazakhstan Petroleum Engineering Company in the fields of human resources planning, post management, compensation management, performance management, cross-cultural management, etc. and searching for the effective countermeasures, this essay tries to figure out the most suitable methods for ZY Kazakhstan Engineer Company to solve the existing problems in foreign employee management, and to improve the competitiveness of the Company in Kazakhstan petroleum engineering service markets, and enhance its benefits and provide useful reference for other ZY overseas companies as well.
