As the promotion of the Economic Reforming and the Market Mechanism, and also the Economy Internationalization, in recent years, our pirivate enterprises develop fast, and become an important force in our national economy. At the same time it helps a lot in solving the employment problems. But because of its mechanism defects and low management level, there are more and more labor troubles appearing. This affects the employee benefits greatly as well as the development of the enterprise. Human resource problems of the private enterprises need to be solved urgently.In this paper, H company was studied,which located in South Zhejiang Province. Based on the morden HR theory, the writer paid visits to H Company personally, investigated and studied problems of human resource management there, and brought forward the countermeasures to solve the problems. And the writer hope that these countermeasures could also help other similar enterprises. The main research methods of this paper were: comprehensive analysis of documents, field survey, depth interviews, and questionnaires.Based on the investigation, the writer found the main HR problems of H company were: unreasonable staff structure, lack staff during busy season and too much staff during off-season, serious attrition, inadequate staff skills and nepotism. And the main reasons lied in: lack of HR management knowledge in the management level, behind idea, incomplete staff recruitment system, lack of overall planning of HR management, incomplete training system, imperfect performance appraisal system, unreasonable salary system and welfare measures, ineffective incentive system and ignoring the building of the enterprise culture. From these, the writer gave the following suggestions: changing the concepts of the leadership and learning the new management knowledge, building a suitable HR system, choosing scientific management tools and reasonable HR outsourcing.
