The Evolution Mechanism And Empirical Research Of Cycle Industrial Clusters

After more than30years of reform and opening up, China has already become the world’s largest manufacturing country, but it also faces the serious situations of a tighter resource constraints, serious environmental pollution and ecological degradation. The contradiction between population and resources, between economic development and ecological environment has become the biggest constraints of China’s economic to develop rapidly, sustainably and healthily. Therefore, to solve the sharp contradiction between economic growth and environment protection, to coordinate the development of social economy and environment has become a top priority.This paper is divided into eight chapters. The first chapter is introduction. It presents the research background, purpose and significance, summaries the domestic and foreign research present situation about the industrial cluster, circular economy and cycle industrial clusters,and puts forward the research contents, methods and routes. The second is the relevant theoretical analysis. It includes the theory of industrial clusters, circular economy and synergy of self-organization evolution. The third is the mechanism analysis of cycle industrial clusters evolution. It includes the mechanism of symbiotic cycle, competitive cooperation and cleaner production, and analyzes the coupling among the mechanisms. The fourth chapter analyses the evolution path of cycle industrial clusters. We use the method of self-organizing theory and synergetic to explore evolution path of cycle industrial clusters. The fifth chapter is the construction and application about evaluation index system of cycle industrial clusters. First, we select and analyze the cycle industry cluster indicators, and then we build the evaluation index system of cycle industrial clusters, and finally, we discuss the application of evaluation index system of cycle industrial clusters.The sixth is the empirical analysis of Fu Yang paper cycle industrial clusters. The analysis includes its evolution mechanism, evolution path and evaluation of index system. The seventh is the policy suggestions to develop cycle industrial clusters. The eighth is the summary and outlook.The research conclusions of this paper:(1) Mechanism analysis conclusion: Symbiotic circulation mechanism, competition and cooperation mechanism, and clean production mechanism is indispensable to cycle industrial clusters evolution mechanism. These mechanisms’reasonable operation is in favor of cluster evolution to upgrade in the right direction.(2) Path analysis conclusion:The cycle industrial cluster is the best pattern to achieve the harmonious development of economy, society and ecological environment, its formation and evolution is not chaotic, but there are rules to follow. At first, the enterprises gather together in niche area which is suitable for them to the survival and development, and form relatively messy business community. Then, the scattered business community in the role of self-organization mechanism of synergy evolution will become efficient and orderly industrial clusters. At last, through integrating the value chain and ecological chain of industrial clusters to form network of cycle industrial clusters.(3) The empirical analysis conclusion:The construction of evaluation index system of cycle industrial clusters has certain feasibility. We use evaluation index system to analysis Fu Yang paper industrial clusters, and the conclusion indicate that it is still in the stage of development, which is consistent with the reality.The innovation points of this paper:(1) The paper puts forward evolution mechanisms of cycle industrial clusters:the mechanism of symbiosis circulating, competition and cooperation, and cleaner production, and it analyzes the coupling among the mechanisms.(2) Using self-organizing theory to explore the evolution path of cycle industrial clusters, and it puts forward the general path of cycle industrial clusters evolution:business community—industrial clusters—cycle industrial clusters.(3) Using index of industrial clusters and circular economy to build the evaluation system of cycle industrial clusters, and using the system to evaluate the development degree of Fu Yang paper cycle industrial clusters.
