Still exist in the development process of collaborative innovation of industry, innovation achievements unhappiness, such problems as lack of core competence, investigate its reason, the core is the coordination of production, innovation of mechanism is not perfect, embodied in several aspects:the cooperation between the main body of the knowledge sharing mechanism is imperfect, lack of incentive and constraint mechanism of cooperation between the main body, collaborative innovation policy, economic, social and technological environment remains to be improved.The theoretical basis of cooperative innovation mechanism study including the diffusion of innovation theory, core competence theory, transaction cost theory.
