The Risk Assessment Research About Logistics And Supply Chain Finance Based On Warehouse Receipt Business

To solve the problem of financing of SMEs, many logistics companies are beginning to extend their logistics services to finance part in the supply chain and launch the logistics and supply chain finance in cooperation with banks to provide services such as finance, goods storage, transportation, and so on.However,as logistics and supply chain finance is just emerging in china, on the one hand,there is the lack of fully theoretical research, especially in terms of risk management,not for the reference about risk management in the company’s implementation process;on the other hand,it will be faced with many risks in the actual operation,such as credit risk, goods risk, operation risk and other risks and these risks directly affect the business smoothly.Therefore, it is the key of logistics and supply chain financial success if it can effectively analyze and control risk.Under this background, this paper thinks it is necessary to study the logistics and supply chain finance risk and provide a reliable reference value for the enterprise.This paper introduces concept, basic business mode and the value for partner about logistics and supply chain finance firstly and it is found that the warehouse receipt business is an important one with comparison.Then the paper introduces its background, partner and operation steps and takes import to introduce its hinder in the further development.As a result,it is found that risk is an important one for restricting the development of warehouse receipt business.So the paper will take warehouse receipt business for example to research the risk problem of logistics and supply chain finance.About risk assessment, this paper builds the risk assessment indexes basic on warehouse receipt business with the present research achievement.What’s more,the paper will build risk assessment mode based on fuzzy and grey theory and apply to empirical study.Finally,about risk management,this paper builds the logistics and supply chain finance risk management system and puts forward measure to control risk from macro macroscopic perspective.Then puts forward measure to control risk for parters and proveds reference for many companies.
