| Business model is the unique way for enterprises to engage in business and to achieve sustained profitability. Good business model is the prerequisite and basis for business success. All successful companies are those who have found unique business ideas and business models that are suitable for their own development. At the same time, they always try to adjust and upgrade their business model to keep up with the ever-changing business environment and market competition. Today, in such an increasingly competitive market, companies which want to stand out, develop and grow, will have to take an unusual road, design competitive and unique successful business model. As an important industry of economy, real estate agency industry is no exception.In this paper, starting from the definition and concept of the business model, the author put forward the concept of business model, and defined the connotation of the business model on the basis of research results. By using research methods of combination of comparative analysis and summarized experience, the author gave a full range of interpretation about ways, steps and the key aspects of the design to development of enterprise business model. Then, by combining the mentioned theories and principles of development and innovation of business model, the author made a related analysis and proposed respond recommendations against bottlenecks encountered by Changsha Real Estate Specialist Investment Consulting Co.Ltd. at this stage. On this basis, drawing on the experience of domestic and international business model innovation, the author raised alternative programs of development and innovation in business models. By evaluating the value chain, value model and competitiveness of the alternative programs, the author screened the relatively optimal business model of Changsha Real Estate Specialist Investment Consulting Co.Ltd.in line with the development of our company——Urban strategic operating model. Finally, the author made feasible analysis and overall evaluation of relatively optimal business model from all aspects and built a security system for it.The development and innovation of business model of enterprise, plays an extremely important role in promoting the smooth and orderly functioning of all aspects of development, circulation and consumption in the real estate industry improving the quality of economic operation of the entire enterprise and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. The study in this article provided a theoretical foundation for guiding the real estate companies to find the best direction of development, selecting the optimal operation of the market and establishing a good corporate image. At the same time, this paper had important practical significance in guiding real estate agent enterprises to analysis and solve practical problems in marketing and business management, establishing a competitive business model and promoting further growth of enterprises. In addition, to explore the innovative road of the business model to the long-term and healthy development by drawing on the successful experience of foreign business models and combining with the actual real estate agency industry in China, is also the purpose and significance of this paper. |
