After the reform and opening up, the scale of China’s rural population which was engaged in non-farm payrolls in urban areas is increasing. The number of rural migrant workers had increased to163.36million people at the end of2012, which accounted for60%or more of the total number of industrial workers in China, and they had become an important component of industrial workers. However, most of them worked in construction, services and other industries which need low levels of employability. The quality of employment and living conditions of them are worse than urban residents, and they can only enjoy a lower level of social welfare. The object of study is rural migrant worker, and the data was from questionnaire of32electronics consumer companies, and1,024valid samples were obtained at last. The author uses the model OLS to do regression analysis of the sample data. Then the article analyzes the effects of elements of human capital on the employability of rural migrant workers. At last policy proposals for increasing the employability of rural migrant workers are proposed from the perspective of human capital. Verified by empirical analysis, the state should increase investment in human capital of rural migrant workers, and make further adjustment of industrial structure and the overall strategic direction.Main conclusions are as following:The integrated employability of men is higher women’s, but the women have a higher work viability; The level of education, namely general human capital, of rural migrant workers is low, the integrated employability of them increases gradually with improvement in level of education; In dedicated human capital, the integrated employability of rural migrant workers trained is significantly higher than not, the same is true in the work viability and promotion capacity; Real wages have a significant positive impact on the integrated employability, the same is true in the work viability and promotion capacity; Type of work, enterprise identity and importance of position have a significant effect on the integrated employability; Length of service, age and replacing work experience have no significant effect on the employability.
