With the rapidly development of our society, as an objective process in the society development process, the urbanization requires a lot of labor. More than thirty years have passed since the reform and opening-up policy, hundreds of millions of rural surplus labor enter the city with the form of migrant workers, which became an important component of industrial workers. The result of the sampling survey in the national migrant workers monitoring report released by the National Bureau of Statistics in April 2015 shows that migrant workers accounted for 20% compared with the total population of 1.37 billion in the sixth nationwide population census. But as time passes, the first generation of migrant workers has gradually withdrawn from the historical stage and replaced by "80s and 90s", which called the new generation of migrant workers. As the key part of that, the new generation of migrant workers has gradually became the main force of rural floating population. In May 2014, the State Council released the national migrant workers monitoring survey report shows that the new generation accounts for 46.6% in the total amount of migrant workers, and occupies 65.5% in those rural workers who was born in 1980 and beyond. Therefore, the new generation of rural workers is holding a large percentage among the whole, and its employment has already became a major topic in the field of social security. This article takes the new generation of migrant workers as the study object, and selects three-dimensional capital which includes social capital, human capital and psychological capital and employability as the variables, then analyses the relationship between them. The paper adopts empirical study method and conducts the research design and hypothesizes based on the literature review, then using SPSS 19.0 for data processing, analyzing and hypothesis testing. The study shows that the three dimensional capital has a significant impact on the employability of the new generation of migrant workers. Among them, the social capital has a significant influence on the ability of obtain working and a partly influence on maintain working; while the education level and skill level of the human capital has a significant positive impact on these two abilities; the training experience has a remarkable positive impact on the ability of maintaining work; the hope and confidence in the psychological capital has a positive impact on the ability of acquiring work,; and the four factors of psychological capital are all significantly effects the ability of acquiring work of migrant workers. The innovations of this study is that we analyzed the employability of the new generation of migrant workers from the unique perspective of three dimensional capital, also explored its influence relations through the method of multivariate analysis, and added the psychological capital which has also enriched its employment research.
