In current market competition, the customer’s demand constantly improving, which is giving a new test to the market competitiveness of enterprises; as a result, many enterprises management mode transformed gradually into supply chain management. After decades of practice, the theory of supply chain management not only has developed and improved in constant, but also has presented an integration trend with other advanced management theory. In recent years, with the supply chain operation mode and management methods applied in the enterprise in-depth, facing to customers’requirements more and more strictly, such as cost, delivery, quality, and services, many enterprises began to combine lean thinking with the supply chain management on the basis of lean production implementation successfully, and achieved some results. In addition, agile theory, theory of constraint, also is playing an important role in the inventory control and the response speed for supply chain management.The research object is based on the ECO company. It belongs to a category of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises that has been implementing supply chain management and lean production, and has obtained certain achievements, but also need to transform into lean mode combining with the actual status of the enterprise itself and its supply chain. Firstly, on the current status of the ECO company supply chain operation in detail, specifically analyzes the main three problems of the supply chain of the company before the lean transformation, including:single information transmission path, transmission more; delivery period postponed, high inventory level; material cost in high rate of total cost. Secondly, according to these specific problems, this thesis integrated the extended value stream management based on lean thinking and supply management based on the theory of constraints into supply chain management, and respectively gave the solutions-the improvement of information transmission, pre-delivery period and the high cost of materials; Finally,the performance of the implementation of these solutions has compared, and pointed out the deviation and attention points during the process of implementing.
