Since the1980s the development of China’s private enterprises has experienced a faster time and become an important and indispensable power in economic development. But the boom could not hide the awkward fact that behind the shorter life expectancy of the private enterprises. One of the important problems is the lack of the employees’ incentive and training mechanism, including the employees’ value concept, training plan and method. The employee training and planning is the most important part of the sustainable development of enterprises. Only the systematic and standardized training is for the employees of an enterprise to help enterprises to meet the requirements of China’s new economic environment and booming.So this paper research employees’ incentive mechanism and training system through the comparison of representative enterprises. This research can look for the common existing problems of private enterprise talent planning, and provide rational suggestions to help enterprises out of the bottleneck reach a higher level of development.
