Entering the twenty-first Century,the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises is the competition of talent.In order to adapt to this situation,the enterprise must establish the incentive mechanism for employees so as to attract a large number of talents,so that they can gain a firm foothold in the fierce competition.TH company has developed in China for 30 years,whose business continues to expand,and its development speed is faster and faster.But the company's existing incentive mechanism also exposed a series of problems in the meanwhile.In such condition,this paper will improve and redesign a incentive mechanism and salary system which is basic on the original incentive mechanism,and establish an open and transparent promotion system so as to become the "best employer".It will respect each individual based on the law and reasonability,to keep balance between the company's long-term interests and short-term target.Based on an overview of the relevant concepts and theories and on the investigation and application of scientific methods,this paper summarized the problems of the TH company staff incentive mechanism through the questionnaire survey and the interview form of core employees.It aimed at the existing problems,and took the modern management theory as a foundation with the goal of motivating the team spirit,to combine personal development with employee incentive mechanism in following aspects:Designed different development strategy for the core staffs;Established a diversified remuneration system;Constructed the personal development channels and occupation promotion for TH company employees;Developed the team cooperation ability.This paper constructed the TH company's employee incentive system with these four aspects.In order to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the incentive mechanism for employees of TH company,this paper put forward the corresponding safeguard measures.It provided a reference for the decision making of TH company.
