Small and medium-sized private enterprises are the main body to realize the economic growth of our country,and they are also the key forces to realize the transformation of our country's economic development mode.Human capital is the key factor to determine the efficiency of enterprise operation,enterprise innovation,and even the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises.Retention of talent or not is related to the survival of private enterprises.The teaching equipment industry in small and medium private enterprises comes with the development of China's education and development.Since the reform and opening-up,China's teaching instrument industry has achieved unprecedented historical development opportunities in the background of deepening educational reform and expanding demand,especially since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),which advocates the development of education,equitable development and modern vocational education.However,there is always a shortage of brain drain which seriously constraints the development of teaching equipment enterprises.In this paper,we use empirical research method to carry out the staff incentive mechanism and the factors of HJ teaching equipment company.This paper uses the method of literature to determine the employees' incentive elements,and then redesign and revise the content of the questionnaires according to the staff interviews,and finally through the reliability and validity test.Using statistical analysis methods such as factor analysis,descriptive statistics analysis and variance analysis to find out the characteristics of motivation factors of employees in different positions of HJ Company,then analyze the influence of individual background factors on incentive factors and put forward corresponding suggestions.Finally,according to the common problems of employees,we make a more complete incentive mechanism.This paper conducted the subdivision study of incentive factors' characteristics of different types employees in HJ company,and finally obtained the following two conclusions: first,there are differences in the demand for incentive factors among employees in different positions;second,different employees' self-differences(gender,age,education background,length of work)are different in the degree of the incentive factors.
