Today’s society is a global financial crisis and opportunity exist era of increasingly fierce market competition. More and more enterprises are faced with the challenge of Multi-project simultaneously. Multi-project management has become the focus of research and hotspots. Although these projects are independent, but share resources, many enterprises in the process of implementation of the project management case will involve multiple projects and different projects in the capital, time and human resources and other aspects of resource sharing and conflict. The allocation resources is a core element of the multi-project management. How the multi-project management environment rational and effective allocation of resources. Particularly human resources, configuration management, so as to shorten the project cycle, reduce costs, improve the efficiency of enterprises, As a new project management techniques, Critical Chain method can effective in shortening the implementation time of project and effectively ease the conflict and uncertainty. Therefore, this article will introduce Critical Chain method to multi-project management. Through created a multi-project model and applied of Critical Chain method to plan projects and optimize resources allocation.This article is based on the multi-project management in the allocation of resources to manage the central issue in the analysis of relevant literature and research findings, based on the multi-critical chain project management and multi-project resource allocation theoretical knowledge are described. Then, this article established a multi-project management model and introduced the detailed algorithm of model. In this paper, A Company, as the object of study, the first of Company A’s background and in a multi-project environment and resource configuration items were introduced, an analysis of its progress in the project management and resource configuration management problems and causes. For the A’s in a multi-project environment project resource conflict is more serious, effective allocation of resources have not been present, the proposed use of critical chain management approach to the multi-project management. By using the theory of constraints to find more items in the project bottleneck resources, the use of critical chain technology to the progress of the project management and resource allocation analysis.
