Critical Chain Project Management For V Company R&D Department Multi-Project Management

With the rapid development of social economy,the competition in market becomes more and more fierce.The diversity of enterprise management,personalized,diversified needs of customers,make more and more enterprises have to run multiple projects at the same time to deal with the demand of the market,multi-project management has become a hot spot in project management field.Although multi-project independent running at the same time,but must be shared resources,as increasingly scarce resources,resource conflicts in project and projects becomes hard to avoid.This paper mainly focus on resource conflict problem in multi-project development,how the allocation of scarce resources reasonably,to arrange the schedule of the project,improve the level of the enterprise multi-project management,so as to shorten project development cycle,reduce cost,improve the efficiency of enterprises.This article is based on the multi-project management in the allocation of resources to manage the issue in the analysis of relevant literature and research findings,based on the multi-critical chain project management and multi-project resource allocation theoretical knowledge,establish multiple project planning model and algorithm of the established model in detail.In this paper,V Company mechanical department,as the object of study,at first,the Company V's background and in a multi-project environment and resource configuration items were introduced,an analysis of its progress in the project management and resource configuration management problems and causes.For the V's in a multi-project environment project resource conflict is more serious,effective allocation of resources have not been present,the purposed use of critical chain management approach to the multi-project management.By using the theory to find more items in the project bottleneck resources,the use of critical chain technology to the progress of the project management and resource allocation analysis.In the end,through the establishment of multi-project model,resource allocation and project progress to be solved.
