China T Company was founded in July 15, 2014, which led by the SASAC and the Ministry of industry jointly funded by China Moblie, China Unicom and China Telecom three domestic telecom operators to reduce the repeated construction of Telecom Tower and related infrastructure, improve the efficiency of industry investment, to further improve the level of telecommunications infrastructure sharing to ease the difficulty of base station location, enhance endogenous power intensive development, to further promote resource conservation and environmental protection from the mechanism. Zhengzhou T Company is a subsidiary of China T Company,which founded in December 25, 2014. in the production of daily business process,with the three operators of the project demand increasing, duration of chaos caused by the conflict between the project resources restricts the development of the company.How to optimize company in the limited number of personnel under the the effective use of project management, is an important problem facing T Company.This article through to the current social and enterprise project management application as the background, focus on the critical chain project management method,study the management mode and management process of multi project management in project schedule and resource allocation systematically, and then the effect of T Company is evaluated.In this paper, through the analysis of the current situation of T company's project management, a detailed description of the T company in the case of multi project staggered, the four major problems faced by. Then, based on the establishment of multi project management office, through the evaluation of the critical chain project,each task with PERT method to obtain the project completion time may, calculated the project priority by the simulation evaluation method, and the initial and final critical chain by the ACTIM algorithm, then calculated T critical chain project buffer and tandem buffer through the position weight coefficient and risk elasticity coefficient.On the basis of these factors, the results and problems of T company in the implementation of multi project management based on critical chain method are summarized and analyzed. Finally, based on the model of multi project management of T company, three aspects of security strategy are provided, such as information platform system security, project post evaluation guarantee system and risk management. This article not only provides the configuration scheme for resource andpriority management in the multi project cross management, but also make the potentiality to the T company to become a more comprehensive multi-functional Asset Management Co. in the future,and to undertake various projects requirements.
