Predicament And Outlet Of Waste Oil Management

This paper is intended to probe into the problems of eliminating the illegal cooking oils. Regarding the913case as a typical example, by means of comparison research and case study, the paper analyses the reasons for the chronic illegal cooking oils according to the present situations of governing the illegal cooking oils, contrasts the differences of the measures between China and foreign countries and tries to provide further measures against illegal cooking oils.It is argued in this paper that the problems of illegal cooking oils exist long because of illegal industrial chains, inadequacies of the legal system, imperfections of examination standards, poor governmental and social supervision, immature recovery technologies of the illegal cooking oils. This paper considers that the two ways of dredging and plugging should be combined. On the one hand, relevant laws should be formulated and completed and supervision strengthened. On the other hand, fund input should be increased in recovery technology of the illegal cooking oils to develop green industry.
