Power industry has experienced11years of deepening reform, gradually breaking the long-term monopoly status,and be introduced market competition mechanism in some areas, so that the competitive pressures generated among the power enterprises.Human resource has always been the important resources in the enterprise to maintain its competitive ad vantage. A long with the foreign advanced human resource management concepts and methods have been infiltrated, power enterprises began to focus on employee satisfaction, particularly in power grid construction project employee satisfaction.The literature reviews show that there are few research of grid construction project employee satisfaction, and there is no targeted evaluation index system or evaluation methods,so it is of theoretical and practical significance to build a suitable employee satisfaction evaluation index system for the grid construction project employees.lt is helped in improving employee satisfaction and optimizing staff management mechanism.Based on the above background, taking the employees of power grid construction named A in Zhejiang Province as samples to do the research.Firstly.describes the background. purpose,significance and possible innovations of the research. Then reviews the satisfaction theory, research status, etc. After the tentatively satisfaction evaluation index system was set,we start to do the empirical research.Using the SPSS software to analyze survey data to build a power grid construction projects employee satisfaction evaluation index system.Thirdly determine the overall index weights by AHP and cluster analysis methods, then use the fuzzy evaluation model to measure the level of employee satisfaction, identify the problems and to make reasonable suggestions. Finally, summarize findings and deficiencies, expecting it can play a role in the further similar studies and practical applications.
