The Research About The Development Of Our Rural Charity Organization

The level of our rural social security is low and the gap of construction funding is large, only relying on the government’s safeguard cannot meet the needs of rural difficult masses. Under these circumstances, the majority of rural residents still relying on the land and family security for their livelihoods. At the same time, there is an obvious differentiation in our rural society, the widening gap between rich and poor and the huge vulnerable groups in rural areas have created the society needs about the development of rural charity. The Rural charity organization emerge as the times require, it is of great significance for narrowing the gap between rich and poor, promoting social fairness, maintaining the social stability and promoting the development in rural society.As the third sector which independent of government and market, rural charity organization plays an important role in disaster relief, poverty alleviation, medical aid, help old and young, education support and so on. The rural charity organization can remedy the lack of the input of rural social security by government, alleviate the widening income gap and help the vulnerable groups in rural areas. However, relative to the charity organization based on city, our rural charity organization is weak and lags behind in development. There are many problems about our rural charity organization in resource collection, human resource management, supervision of organization and so on. It not only restricts the development and function of rural charity organization seriously, but also have a negative effect on launching rural charity activities widely.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background, purpose and significance, the correlated theory foundation, comprehensive analysis literature review at home and abroad, the research method, the possible innovation point and the deficiency. The second chapter is an overview about rural charity organization, first defines some basic concepts, and then elaborates the development course, the present situation, the development motivation and the function of our rural charity organization. The third chapter discusses the factor about the development of our rural charity organization in detail. The fourth chapter using the case analysis method to analyze rural charity organization and summarizes the beneficial experience to the development of rural charity organization. The fifth chapter put forward policy recommendation to promote the development of our rural charity organization on the basis of the previous chapter which from the perspective of rural charity organization, government and society respectively.
