The charity behavior of the entrepreneur is motived by various traditional ethical theories and institutional invironement contemporary. before the 20th century, the charities mainly are moral behaviors of the pure individual. charity as a part of strategical management is mainly a result of modernity. Chinese entrepreneur have charity behavior containing long history, the ancient businessman adopts the different method contribution society. At the contemporary, although the Chinese entrepreneur is helping to learn,to public interest etc. do to achieve very greatly, is disproportionate with the total economic power of the Chinese business enterprise.This Paper applies Marxist moral view of relationship of motivation and result to institutional and ethical of the encourgement and enhacement of the spirit and ability in contemporary Chinese entrepreneur.The paper is consists of introduction and 4 chapters. Introduction mainly relates development of charities in China and abroad, and study fields and core concepts of charity behavior of entrepreneur; chapter 1 analyzes the moral doctrines of charity behavior of entrepreneur; chapter 2 seeks to exaimes the evolve, organizational form and behavior way of ancient Chinese entrepreneur; chapter 3 in micro-level applies Marxist ethical thoery of the relationship between motive and effect to analyze charity behavior of Chinese entrepreneur; chapter 4 in macro-level of institutional ethics studies how to prompt and advance the spirit and ability of the behavior of contemporaty Chinese entrepreneur and tries to give some suggestions to some administrative sectors.
