Study On Ecological Civilization Evaluation Of Rural Tourim Destination

All along, the construction of ecological civilization has been highly valued by the Communist Party of China and our country. It is one of the important parts of China’s modernization construction. With the development of society,"ecological civilization" has not only contains ecological and environmental protection, but also a word that contains politics, economy, ecology, culture and society. The development of rural tourism and vigorously developed rural tourism resources got a lot of external factors into the traditional villages of rural original, where resident’s life style was strongly impacted. As the result, phenomena such as "urbanization","commercial","enclave" and other problems were becoming increasingly gravely. In this case, the construction of ecological civilization has become an inevitable trend in order to protect rural ecological environment and traditional culture. It is also important to handle the relations of tourists, residents and business operators and achieve sustainable development of rural tourism destinations.This article summarized related researched and then it established a rural tourism destination ecological civilization evaluation system. The evaluation system was established though the methods of AHP and expert evaluation. The evaluation system included total target, first-level indicators and second-level indicators respectively. The total target included resources, ecological environment, social progress, economic development and democratic civilization. The author sent evaluation index system initially established to experts for scoring and selecting. Though this method, the article ultimately established an evaluation system of twenty-six indicators. The system contained six resource indicators, six ecological environment indicators, five social progress indicators, four economic development indicators and five democratic civilization indicators. The article designed questionnaire based on the evaluation index system. Villages of south Anhui such as Xidi and Hongcun were representative rural tourism destinations, where the rural residents were people who filled out the questionnaire. The article collected research data and verified if the ecological civilization evaluation system was scientific by factor analysis. The result was in accordance with the evaluation system. Then the article evaluated the ecological civilization in rural tourism destination though fuzzy integrated evaluation. The article discussed the project of ecological civilization construction in rural tourism destination of South Anhui according to the result of empirical analysis. It finally proposed civilization suggestions and countermeasures based on empirical analysis results:(1) Build ancient house protection mechanism and protect rural culture;(2) Use rural clean energy and protect rural ecological environment;(3) Set up publicity efforts and enhance the environmental awareness of residents and visitors;(4) Optimize the rural economic structure and promote rural economic development;(5) Complete social system and improve the living condition of local residents.
