The Research On Regulatory Of Fuxin’s Real Estate Market

With the accelerated change of social economy and the rapid development of living standard, the real estate market of Fuxin is very prosperous in recent years. The sales of marketable houses have increased from73million yuan in2003to6.5billion yuan in2010, accounting for9.3percent of Fuxin’s GDP, which plays a very important role in economic increase. On the one hand the rapid development of Fuxin’s real estate market has improved living conditions, but on the other hand, the rapid rise in price has become a potential threat to the development of the city. From that point, based on the current situation of Fuxin’s economic and social development, the research on regulatory policy of Fuxin’s real estate market will be very helpful to the theory and practice of estate market development.This thesis regards regulatory of Fuxin’s real estate market as the research object. On the foundation of summarizing Relative regulatory Policy Theory of local government, this research firstly introduces the development of Fuxin’s real estate market and identifies the problems of the regulatory policy. Finally, in order to perform strategy better, in view of the present situation of Fuxin’s real estate market, some useful and particle suggestion and measure are provided which mainly focus on adoption and enforcement of regulatory policy, consumer demand guidance, supporting policies and assessment system.
