As China’s economic and social development, industrial restructuring, change the concept of peasant economy, China’s vast rural areas, where the phenomenon of empty-nest, empty-nest is formed of individuals, families and society combined result of a variety of reasons, but also social reasons the role in which more and more apparent. Empty-nest for the rural elderly people, how to provide an effective way of institutionalizing the pension, which is a common and urgent problem, while at the community level for the empty-nest elderly social support network is the empty nesters to resolve the problem of a useful pension ideas. This use of social support networks and welfare pluralism theory, to empirical analysis, comparative analysis, network analysis, social support, through the empty-nest elderly in the village together along the status of empirical analysis, proposed the establishment of rural communities to take care of the countermeasures, and improving old-age security in rural areas to provide a reference value.This first chapter of the topics of the background, significance and research methods, related literature, study design, the main innovation and community care theory. Chapter on the Causes of empty-nest, status and impact are summarized and commented. Chapter III of the empty-nest elderly in the village together along the social support network state of empirical analysis. Chapter Four is a combination of empty-nesters in China to solve the problem based on the successful experience of proposed co-construction of the village along the feasibility and necessity of community care. Chapter proposed establishment and improvement of rural communities in the care of countermeasures.
