A Study On The Problem Of Providing For The Aged In The Rural Empty Nest In Shanbei

With the rapid development of the global economy,the pace of reform and opening up has steadily advanced,more and more people have participated in economic construction,and people's quality of life has also been qualitatively improved.The Chinese rely on hard work,hard work and diligence.Not only has the country been prosperous and strong,but it has also achieved a well-off family.However,with the continuous advancement of the modern society,the problems that come with it are becoming more and more prominent.The problem of the old-age care of the elderly in the rural areas is a new social contradiction arising from the rural migrant workers entering the city in recent years.Due to the absence of children,lack of care in daily life,low and single source of income,poor health,lack of social security,lack of spiritual life and other reasons,the problem of providing for the aged in rural empty-nest elderly has been highlighted.How to solve the problem of providing for the aged empty nesters in rural areas,so that they have something to depend on and enjoy in their old age has become an important task in today's society.In this paper,a random sampling method was used to distribute questionnaires to 140 empty nesters in Zizhou County and conduct random case interviews.The study found that the current empty nesters in rural areas in Zizhou mainly face lack of daily life care,low economic income,and rural areas.Life problems such as poor medical conditions,lack of spiritual and cultural life,and inadequate government pension security.The reason is mainly from the three major factors of society,government and family,which are specifically reflected in the imbalance of urban and rural economic development,insufficient social attention,imperfect rural pension insurance system,imperfect rural cooperative medical system,insufficient government investment,and economic income.Low,family structure changes.Based on the relevant theoretical thinking of the public management discipline and the actual situation of social development in Zizhou County,we believe that strengtheningfamily pensions,improving the rural pension insurance system and cooperative medical insurance system,carrying out institutional pensions,intensifying efforts to support the rural economy,and increasing The economic investment in rural old-age care and the establishment of a village mutual help old-age care collective are the basic ways to improve the old-age care problem of empty-nest elderly in rural areas in northern Shaanxi and to achieve the social goals of being dependent and happy.
