| With the deepening of my country’s interest rate liberalization reform,the intensification of financial innovation,and the tightening of external supervision,the competition among banks has already risen to a white-hot state.Faced with increasing work pressure,the phenomenon of job burnout among employees at the frontline of grass-roots service is even worse.Occupational burnout will not only have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of employees,but also have a negative impact on banks,resulting in a decline in corporate competitiveness and a decline in market ranking.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on the job burnout of grass-roots employees in L Branch of Agricultural Development Bank(hereinafter referred to as L Branch).This paper takes the employees of the grass-roots service outlets of Agricultural Development Bank L Branch(hereinafter referred to as L Branch)as the main research object,and carries out scientific and reasonable systematic analysis and research on their current job burnout.First of all,read the relevant theoretical literature to lay a solid foundation for the study;Secondly,focus on the real situation of job burnout of employees in L branch’s internal outlets with the help of questionnaire survey,and use statistical tools to deeply analyze the causes.The conclusion is that most of the employees in the outlets have medium level of job burnout at present,and they are concentrated in the grass-roots executive positions of 11-20 years old.After that,the causes of job burnout are classified into three aspects:individual,work and organization by using linear regression analysis,and then focused on the personal dimension,through establishing correct work values,scientific pressure relief,and clarifying the improvement path of career planning;In terms of work dimension,promote the action of reducing the burden of outlets,revitalize and run through the internal shift system,and strengthen the release of work rights;On the organizational dimension,build a multi-dimensional promotion channel,strengthen staff professional skills training and ensure the maximum fairness of the salary system,and give the employees at the grass-roots level of the outlet the potential to explore and cultivate from the high-level dimension.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the above optimization management actions,it provides guarantee measures for the optimization measures from the aspects of system process,organizational structure and cultural atmosphere,and is also an important way to prevent and manage the occupational burnout of all staff of L Branch.The research on the problem and countermeasures of employee burnout in L branch in this paper can help the bank to improve management ability,alleviate and prevent job burnout on the one hand;It has a certain degree of reference for other state-owned commercial banks to study,alleviate and prevent the problem of employee burnout. |
