With the fierce market competition, enterprises are facing great pressure of work,often encounter "occupation burnout" in distress. In this paper, from the view of humanresources management, combining the actual situation of YS company, according thethree dimensions of occupation burnout: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization andreduced personal accomplishment; design a0-6score of seven point scoring system ofjob burnout scale, a questionnaire survey was conducted in YS company. The resultsshowed that: YS contract staffs in average score of emotional exhaustion anddepersonalization dimension are respectively3.53and3.27points, higher than themedian value,3points, high degree of job burnout; company staffs burnout are mainlyembodied in the low sense of achievement in a dimension. This study considers that themain causes of problems of the YS company employee occupation burnout is that:setting position according to people, system difference and the change of humanresource management situation, and feasible countermeasures are put forward fromthese aspects, so that enterprises can effectively improve human resource managementlevel, reduce the occupation burnout of employees, thereby help YS build efficientpersonnel, improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
