In today’s ever-changing knowledge society, social enterprise requirements is increasing, more and more intense competition among enterprises, competition is complex. How to motivate employees to create more value for the enterprise? How to gain a competitive advantage in a highly competitive society? How to create customer satisfaction customer value? These are placed in front of each enterprise is a major problem. Ultimately, the competition between enterprises in the modern economy is the talent competition, only the employees in order to create high-value high customer value, in order to improve enterprise performance. Management has become an important part of each enterprise, human resources value chain management is a key link of corporate human resources management, by strengthening the management of human resources value chain, which can effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and to gain a competitive advantage for the enterprise.
