As early as 2016,China began to focus on the internal reform of the pharMeutical industry,and the reform of the pharMeutical industry during the 13 th Five-Year Plan came into being.Each node has given a high degree of attention,completing continuous changes,the development of retail drug chain pharMies and other industries into a new era.By the end of June 2018,there were 5609 pharMeutical chain retail enterprises in the whole country,with 22,703 branches in each of their branches;at the same time,there were 226,331 retail single drugstores.Therefore,China's large-scale pharMeutical chain retail enterprises have very broad prospects for development,but also in the face of development opportunities have many problems and challenges to be solved.The problem of human resource allocation in pharMeutical chain enterprises is the problem that this article hopes to solve.In this paper,CD PharMeutical Chain Company(hereinafter referred to as "CD Company")as an empirical case,first introduced the background and significance of the study,combined with the actual situation of CD company,and finally established the content of this paper and writing methods.Secondly,this paper introduces the status of CD company in detail,as well as the development status of the pharMeutical industry and the problems faced by the current CD company in human resource allocation management case.This paper analyzes the actual case of CD company,and analyzes the existing problems in human resource allocation management.After that,relying on the reduction of relevant cases,theoretical induction and the overall analysis of relevant cases,this paper points out the various construction and Optimization Countermeasures of the human resources allocation management of CD company.Starting from the practical investigation,it effectively solves the problems existing in the human resources allocation management of CD company.Finally,in the conclusion of the article,the author relies on the experience gained from the analysis of the human resource allocation management of CD company to provide practical solutions for pharMeutical chain sales companies,hoping to effectively help the development of pharMeutical chain sales companies in China.
