In 21st century's knowledge-based economic times,the competition of modern corporation is person with ability. Human resource is the most importance capital,so human resource management determining on the effectiveness and competitiveness of enterprises plays a key role .How to keep and use human resource is the fist question about subsistence and development of the corporation , and the value chain to the human resource management is the key link . We can effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and gain a competitive advantage with the strengthening of human resources value chain management. This paper researches into the theory of human resources value chain management. First we reviewed the related theories of human resources management ,the value chain and research results of human resources management value chain model. This paper absorbs in the essence of existing research and models and advances human resource management theory to set up a value chain model for extending from inside into outside of human resource management .At last the paper applies chain model to analyses and evaluates the human resource management of plate corporation in Shenzhen.The paper makes demonstration researches on the corporation and points out the problem with qualitative and quantitative Analysis. Some suggestion on the question of human resource management is raised and formed the conclusion of the study.
