The Application Of Post Evaluation In Investment Projects

Project post evaluation is one of important aspect of investment project management in modern enterprises, which plays a very important role in enhance the investment decision and investment project management, and is an important means of project management. Through the analysis of project post evaluation of project objective, implementation process, benefit and effect of comprehensive system, we can find out the reasons for the success of the project, summarize the experience and lessons for the future, and put forward the proposal of the new project decision and improve project management level. In recent years, project post evaluation in our country real estate industry is also gradually developing.This dissertation takes X company’s C real estate project as the research object, evaluating and analysising operating the overall situation, the preparatory work of the project, project management, operation efficiency and capital structure of C real estate project, to summarize the gain and loss of the project in the operation and management, and to provide basis and reference for the company’s future decision-making, implementation and management of similar projects.The summary on the project post evaluation of the project C is:the investment area, the project development cycle, cost control, corporate governance and financing channel are the factors of real estate investment in future. Real estate project C post evaluation results has been applied in the company, and also gives some suggestions on establishing and perfecting post evaluation system.
