Jinbang - Of Royal Construction Project Evaluation Research

This article combines theory and methods of post project evaluation to make the post evaluation on Project "Jinbang Mingyu" After brief introduction of "Jinbang Mingyu"and project post evaluation methods, the article summarizes the researches from domestic and foreign project post evaluation, makes the post evaluation research as per the construction and delivery status of "Jinbang Mingyu" from different aspects:construction investment, construction schedule, economical benefits, technical and social benefits, etc from different views of involving departments.The research shows that the schedule, quality and economical benefits can generally meet the requirement though certain problems may exist during different stages; the involving construction departments can work together and positively solve the problems on time; most of the participants got practical training and improve their business level; better social and economical benefits is created, which prompt the brand of the enterprise within land property industry and accumulate abundant intangible assets and capital for the development of the enterprise.
