Dynamic Self-evaluation Methods And Its Application

Performance evaluation is an important work in a company’s administration. A company’s performance directly shows the ability of compete with others rivals, and it may determine the viability of enterprises. With the developing of comprehensive evaluation theory, it is being used more and more in enterprises’ performance evaluation. One reasonable evaluation could not only makes enterprise knows its development in macro perspective, but also clear enterprise’s strengths and weaknesses, improve its viability and competiveness.First, this paper makes a detailed review of the theory of enterprise performance and comprehensive evaluation based on the related research. Then, this paper describes the factor that can influence the result of enterprise’s performance evaluation. This description is based on the lots of research results. Then, this paper formed the framework of performance evaluation’s index system with the basis of the description.This paper did a detailed review about comprehensive evaluation theory and the descriptions of self-evaluation methods were highlighted. The emerge, development and present situation of self-evaluation are showed detailed.This paper proposing a dynamic comprehensive evaluation method which shows the influence of the factor of time. This method proposes a new route that defines the strength of competition or cooperation between objects, and gives the definition and explanation of it. This method indicates the objects’ self-determination based on competitive-cooperative view optimization and time factor analysis, and tries to raises the superiority of itself and weakens rivals’.At last, this paper chooses15automobile manufacturing companies that their sales of cars that emission is between1.0L to1.6L is ranked in the former20in2010, then this paper uses the method that proposed by this paper to evaluate the performance of these companies, and analysis the results.
