The Application Study Of The Performance Evaluation Methods On Chinese Automobile Manufacturing Companys

The exploration and study on enterprise performance management and theoriesand methods of performance evaluation has been one of the core issues ofEconomic and management disciplines. The domestic experts and scholars alsoattach great importance to this issue, a number of administrative departments andresearch institutes have conducted many useful exploration, but it should be notedthat the research on the enterprise performance evaluation of Chinese automobileindustry is still in its infancy, especially evaluation methods is still blank and inurgent need of innovative research.As China's economy continues to develop and keep fast pace of economicglobalization, the status of the automotive industry continues to improve,increasingly fierce and brutal global competition is also faced. With opportunitiesand challenges coexist, how to make comprehensive, accurate and timely evaluationon the performance and promote the sustained and healthy development ofautomotive manufacturer s is a proposition with practical significance. The selectionof method is the key, so this paper made some useful exploration on the applicationof performance evaluation methods in the automotive industry.This paper focuses on the methods of the enterprise performance evaluation,after elaborating fundamental and relevant theoretical system on enterpriseperformance evaluation. Firstly analyzed the mechanisms, classifications andcharacteristics of evaluation methods, secondly reached the conclusion thatAnalytic Hierarchy Process and Data Envelopment Analysis were better methods forthe industry, and finally construct a case of the performance evaluation of theautomotive industry and obtain the final evaluation results, which use AHP toestablish weights of the index and DEA to process the data.This thesis made some innovative theoretical exploration in the area of theselection of the automotive manufacturing enterprises performance evaluationmethods and got preliminary progress, but what to be studied is a vast field and thepursuit of the innovation is endless, we will go on to study the larger issues aboutthe performance evaluation system, to promote the rapid development of China'sautomobile industry.
