2015 China's auto production and sales of more than 24.5 million,a record global high,for seven consecutive years won the first in the world.China's auto market ended its 15-year history of rapid growth,the end of every turn several times soaring sales record.2015 China spent the WTO ten years of protection,tariff reduction and opening markets.At this point the Chinese auto industry truly challenges from around the world.However,no matter how the market changes and ultimately product quality,reliability,service satisfaction,product cost and other factors really about consumer decision-making,but also the real decision car manufacturer's survival.Faced with a similar size to admit the manufacturing process,competitive high rate of automation machinery,management has become one of the key factors that determine the success or failure.Through the scientific method of automobile manufacturing enterprises effective performance evaluation to improve the management level,improve business processes,to maintain stable development and sustained competitiveness are of great practical significance.For the development and manufacturing process planning and rationalization automotive industry research many theorists,but for performance evaluation study of automobile manufacturing companies is relatively poor.In this paper,the basic theory of performance evaluation method to start building performance evaluation system for automotive manufacturers based on the principle of the Balanced Scorecard,system design from a financial,customer,internal processes and learning and growth in four dimensions.Combined with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get the results of the evaluation.Try to establish an effective automobile manufacturing enterprise performance evaluation system.Specifically,the paper first performance evaluation theories and methods are summarized and analyzed.Considering the merits and suitability of each method for performance evaluation,the establishment of automobile manufacturing enterprise performance evaluation system for the following theoretical foundation.Secondly,through the analysis of the characteristics of the automotive industry,in order to select the Balanced Scorecard based on the principles established automobile manufacturing enterprise performance evaluation model.Sub-finance,customers,internal processes,learning and growth index system four dimensions.Again,using the analytic hierarchy process separately in each dimension and each dimension index weight determination.Performance evaluation to determine the final result of the last car manufacturers use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.As used herein,the establishment of performance evaluation system for automobile manufacturing enterprise A performance evaluation,performance evaluation and the results were analyzed.A car manufacturer status quo which summarizes the A auto manufacturers focus on the future development of a given rationalization proposals.In this paper,theoretical research and case study method of combining.BSC based on the principle,using analytic hierarchy process weight calculations to determine the results of the evaluation using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in combination.A car manufacturer to conduct performance evaluations,the results also have some practical significance.
